To be considered for this position you must be a highly experienced chef and be able to deliver superb food under pressure with proven charter experience.
Longevity on a similar sized vessel of 50 - 60m + is a must and you must also have up to date references.

Seasonal position, Western Med cruising, runs with 4 crew. Family style boat with lovely owners. Salary is 3500EUR. The chef will be expected to assist on deck, as well as with water toys (when owners aren’t eating onboard).

Hemisphere are now recruiting for a Sole Chef to join a 40m SY Private for a world cruising itinerary starting immediately in the Med.
Due to the nature of the itinerary candidates must already hold a B1/B2 visa and ideally have 1 seasons yachting experience.

You will be catering for up to 10 guests and 6 crew and ideally will have knowledge in global cuisine with the ability to adapt and be resourceful when travelling remotely.

You will be joining the yacht in the yard for the tail end of an extensive yard period and must be able to hit the ground running to ensure the galley is ready for the busy cruising period ahead.

This position is open to male or female chefs however you must strictly be a non smoker to be considered.
